nice clean rooms. amy and the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful. will stay here anytime im in the area. great parking. food and shopping nearby. great experience.
Honestly, would never willingly stay here again. First was greeted by the chain smoking receptionist and asked to present my ID/card again, even though I prechecked in. Got up to the room to discover the door had a massive crack in the wood right near the lock. The carpet was supposed to be red, but was BLACK and not clean. The bathroom had no ventilation for the shower. Our sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.
Low point: My room on the side facing the Interstate was a bit noisy from the traffic. High point: Free chocolate chip cookies when I checked in!! The breakfast was better than most motels of similar price. All in all a good, clean motel at a good price. I recommend it.
We felt welcomed the second we stepped foot into the doorway. Amy was very friendly helpful and respectful to me and my husband. The only thing is wrong with the bathroom is the small toilet. It's kinda of hard for people with bad kneeds to sit down and get up so please correct that situation . I love the house keepers how they keep your rooms clean
