Been staying at the Baymont while my house is getting worked on, location is great easy access, courtyard is beautiful, rooms are amazing, and the staff is always so nice and friendly! Definitely recommend staying here!
Great for a one night stay on the way to Shenandoah. The front desk is VERY friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, you can still smell remnants of the old cigarette smoke but clean otherwise and provide everything you'd need (mini fridge, toiletries,modern TV). Good breakfast at the adjacent restaurant, attentive staff. The pool looks nice too .
200 for one night included yellow pillows, hairs all over bed, terrible air quality, blood in the sheets, not even water bottles. How can you justify charging that much? I have no idea. We could not bear and left. The front desk did not even ask how our stay was.
This is my third time staying at this hotel. I stayed here twice 2 years ago when it was the comfort Inn and now this year booked for 3 weeks straight while working in the area. Not sure why this hotel has a two-star rating because it definitely has a five star staff. The housekeeping.. maintenance.. front desk and wait staff are truly the heartbeat of this hotel.
