First off all the workers were rude. Then you have to have a extra 100 dollar deposit for a scrappy room. As for the room the main light did not even work For two ppl one one key for the room, one set of towels then if you need more they want the old ones back. One half roll of torlit paper the floor was gross and old dry drips of so eones drink dripping down the walls. This place needs to be closed down and have new managers and owners
I would give less stars if I could. Woke up at 3am to someone pounding on another guests door, then minutes later, someone throwing rocks at our window, we were on the SECOND floor. Only then did we realize we didn’t have a phone in our room to reach the front desk so I called the phone number from the website. No answer for the half hour I tried to call. Tv didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. Screams and barking Pitt bulls through the walls at after midnight. Parole officers yelling for someone to open their door first thing in morning. Trash overflowing most cans. Trash in the hallway. Can tolerate a few of these. But all of that at the same time is madness.
Front staff is not educated enough to check in, bit dirty but enough for stay. We know that Days Inn has zero interest in addressing customer complaints, keeping these negative reviews visible is the best way to protect future guests.
Well, we went to the wrong Days Inn but they were soo nice they told us exactly how to get to the one we reserved—but my husband accidentally left his credit card at the first hotel—well-bless her heart—Heidi drove all the way to where our hotel was to bring the card back to my husband!! Amazing lady!! Soo kind and soo thoughtful!!!
