Absolutely the worst HVAC company I’ve ever seen or heard of. Completely put the wrong size unit in; lied about it, and then was confronted to fix the error and was blocked. A true scam, disrespectful and dishonest.
This business quoted our family for a 3 ton HVAC unit and secretly installed a 2.5 ton unit, paid in full. Almost immediate issues, as the 2.5 does not service our home. Getting service calls taken care of came with multiple excuses. We now know why. Our extending a hand to help this young man’s business was met with his swindling us of $7,200. Now we are blocked from all communication with him. (Zero stars, really.)
These people are great. Professional, caring, great personalities and great prices. New furnace, warm house, HAPPY ME 🙂
Joe was super polite and professional!!! Did a thorough inspection of my furnace and answered all of my curious questions. Relieved so much stress from me this morning knowing I don't need a new furnace quite yet but when I do get one next year, I'll choose Day's to do the job!!!
