Would not recommend this business. Owner or operator Pam Day, was not pleasant or easy to work with or communicative or professional. The driver Eddie was very respectful and nice but our vehicle had more damage after he put the vehicle on the tow bed. You can see the before and after pictures attached. They drove approximately 10 miles round trip to pick up and drop off my vehicle at home as we are both in Gaston. They charged me $391 and I received a handwritten receipt. Very good customer service! Was running behind in my day and Heath stayed and waited for me after hours for me to access my belongings needed from my car! Very nice people and will work with you as long as you communicate. 10/10 recommend
