Day's refrigeration totally damaged my commercial equipment by mixing two Freon gases together, which is illegal to begin with, but they stated this as being normal practice with their business. I had to get it repaired by a different company costing $6000 because Day's wouldn't stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The owner stated in text message that it was their BAD MISTAKE and sent me a $500 check to cover damages and said we couldn't do business together.

My fridge stopped working after 2.5 years, which was shocking. Pat came out the next morning and began working on it, it had a clog in the Freon line. It started cooling and I paid for the quick response and he left. 2 hours later it stopped again. He came back out free of charge and worked 2 hours and recharged, the same thing happened. The next day he came back in the morning on his way in just to check one more thing...it turns out there was a leak somewhere in the Freon line.
