Doctor and assistant are knowledge, but The amount of waiting time for the doctor to see a patient is disrespectful. We waited more than four hours. It is horrible, to much people no even enoght sits for the amount of overbuck appointments. This is the third time and every time is the same. A very bad experience!!!!!

The doctors here are great and professional, but the wait times are out of control. They schedule way too many appointments for the number of doctors available. Even if you show up early, you’ll likely be waiting for hours before you’re seen. It really needs better organization.
In March 2025, my husband found a true angel on his path: Dr. Dayron Rodríguez. Even though he didn’t have another surgery planned for that day, the doctor stepped in without hesitation, without complaints, and with complete dedication.
