I just have a bad customer service with the receptionist on the phone june 2. It sad that they dont gind ways to help new patients even when the doctor told me to go due i was in emergency

Visited for review and had a good experience however, after my initial visit I have called daily for a week and can’t get the information I need. I have requested my lab results to be email and still have received nothing and the office keeps putting me on hold. Very frustrating
