Charged me $500 plus to replace a fan which he replaced it with a used part. After they replaced it my ac worked for 24 hours. then it started pouring water out of my ceiling, because he left debris and insulation piled up in the drip pan. which caused the pump to become clogged, called them back out here took me a week to get intouch with them again. No communication. It took them three weeks to decide whether or not to actually fix my AC and everyone kept blaming everyone else for not talking to us. I constantly had to call the office just to be told "I will personally call you right back," then the tech calls my husband instead. I'm the one paying for it! Additionally, when they actually did fix the AC, the tech left all of the stuff in the attached photo in my driveway, not 15 feet from the trashcan. It's rude and disrespectful and I will never use these people again.
