had my first Bowen therapy session recently, and I was genuinely shocked at how much my body needed it. I didn’t realize just how out of balance I was until after the treatment—when I walked out feeling like a completely different person. The tension I’d been carrying for so long just melted away, and I felt lighter, looser, and more aligned. It was such a gentle therapy, yet the effects were profound. I highly recommend it to anyone who feels tight, sore, or just not quite right in their body. It truly works wonders!

I’ve had three sessions with Dayna over 6 weeks. I wouldn’t call myself a ‘Bowen believer’ (to begin with) but Dayna came recommended so I was open minded and gave it a go. I had chronic shoulder and neck pain that was impacting my sleep, made me look like I had an injury due to how I moved, and caused a lot of pain throughout the day.
