Rally likes Dr. Phillips. She explained my daughter’s condition, was every kind and encouraging. It was extremely helpful that facility had Xray so that part was very easy. We were explained xrays in detail and saw all the before and after. We felt like we were in the very good hands throughout.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Unfortunately my infant nephew was “treated” by this doctor and by treated I mean she performed an unnecessary medical procedure on him without doing proper diagnostic testing. I would hate for any other family to have to go through the trauma mine did due to her gross negligence! I realize these 5 star reviews can be misleading but several honest and accurate reviews from my family have magically disappeared. Please avoid her altogether.
I’m not sure why my review keeps getting deleted but parents, please read closely. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. AVOID THIS DOCTOR. She placed my 9 month old son in a spica cast without completing X-rays. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from another pediatric orthopedic who actually took the time to X-ray my son which revealed he did not even have a fracture and needed no cast whatsoever. Incredible doctor with attentive, warm, and comforting bedside manner. She was so thoughtful throughout my toddler's surgery and post op. Would recommend to all parents and prospective patients in need of an ortho surgeon!
