I absolutely love Dr. Gibbs. She is kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Her staff is also very nice and capable. Dr. Gibbs is also my husband’s doctor and that says everything! The one negative is the use of My Chart for communication. It takes forever to get what you need. A PA, refill or a question answered can take a week or two. That is incredibly frustrating but I don’t know what else they can do. Employees are so so much with less staff. I empathize with them and us the patients. I love dr Gibbs she is so sweet and she listens to her patience she doesn't tell them nothing wrong she will always be my doctor I'm not going anywhere
This is a genuine , compassionate doctor who takes her time to listen and educate you. She is very Professional and knows what she is doing.
My mom is a Diabetic, she has 1 kidney and heart problems. When my mom run low on insulin....I use mychart app which they strongly suggest I use to re order her medication and communicate with her office. Thats a bunch of BS...I sent messages, called her office to only leave messages on a recording .. and still no response from her staff or Dr Gibbs. Its taking Dr Gibbs almost 2 weeks to respond, and when she did we still have to wait for her insulin to be delivered which is now going on 3 weeks. So this process started Aug ... read more
