They offer services that are extremely beneficial. The staff is incredible and very helpful. I'm appreciate having this level of service in Boone.
Daymark is a great place I love having Claudia as my therapist. Susan, Sandra and everyone else at the front desk are great. I've been with Daymark for 2 years now and they are really great.
The initial nurse (Terry?) and nurse practitioner (Dr. Theresa Ottman) were both rude. We were 5 minutes late due to leaving my autistic son's counseling. My son was struggling to express himself during her depression screening. He kept looking to me for guidance as well as being nervous. Her tone of voice was not accomodating for an autistic.. it shows she has no adequate training or empathy skills.
