I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. Didn’t have to wait long to see the physiatrist
They don't call and remind you of appointments instead you get a letter in the mail also they don't have a variety of people for a 13-year-old girl to speak to they have her speaking to like a 50 or 60-year-old man and she doesn't feel comfortable
Waited two hours for my son to be seen. Place is ridiculous
