Never come to Daymark if you are in a crisis. I did not have a good experience.
I went to Daymark for over a year because I had severe anxiety and severe depression. I did not learn any coping skills while I was there to help me manage my depression and anxiety. I was required to do weekly group therapy once a week In order to get one on one therapy once a month. The only thing we did in group therapy was set around a table and get updates from everybody on what had happened since the week before when we were there.
