My sister returned the mobility car but they did not refund the money
Great sales and service. Got my first e-bike here. There was a problem with the battery that came with my initially, but they sent someone out immediately to replace the battery! EDIT Been calling the store on Curity for 2 days now, and nobody will pick up the phone. It says your voicemail is full. What is the deal?
Bicycle. Cheap over priced product. Brake pads where installed upside down, wrong bolt in the crank shaft that causes damage and grinding. Zero compression in the brake cables causing the brakes to just not work at all, brake levers (front and back) installed backwards from canadian standards, cheap chain broke when new, The charger only lasted 2 months and took 5 months to replace, the bike battery only does half the job it did from new (less than 20 charges/rides) I could go on, but at the end of the day, the $1,700 bicycl... read more
Terrible sales. They make an ATV with absolutely no intention to have them licensed or insured for public trails. $5000 machines, yes I'm furious with this company and the MTO for classifying them not sharing information with insurance companies.
My brother bought a scooter in Calgary. The shop closed up their and did not leave a phone number to get back to them. I phoned head office to see if there’s anybody there that could help me out.
