the damaged my tabletop about $5000 value but only agree to pay $192 to solve it.
Twice now they have not delivered on delivery date. Then delivery is marked delivered and is not. No one calls to let us know anything. Called customer service and CS rep was nice but when he called the hub in JAX they could not tell him why it was marked delivered and now was on and "Appointment truck" says it will be delivered tomorrow, yet never made an appointment with us. They do not reach out to you. They do not keep delivery dates. I really have an issue with the lack of customer service. NO updates, NO calls. Nothing... read more
I was supposed to have a very important delivery coming today. I called to get an estimated time for delivery to make sure someone would be there, and it hasn’t even left Miami yet even though their website tracking showed it was being delivered today. This company was chosen based on how quickly that shipment would get delivered and they said they could get it here the quickest and now it’s putting me in a huge bind because it is still sitting there...three days later. Very frustrating
