I walked in at 9:30, the drive thru was busy but nobody was waiting at the counter. A young man was taking my order, but the entire time there's this lady rushing around him, so it's no wonder I only get half my order of 10 donuts crammed in a bag. I asked if they were out of boxes, and he said I didn't have enough. I get out to the car and look in my bag, and I'm missing 4 donuts. So many things. If you go early or on the weekends better be prepared to just get the basics. The fancy donuts are never ready. I did my time at a donut shop and it's rough getting up and getting all the things ready in time, but that's the job. And yes to the other reviews on the girl that likes to argue. And yes to the insanely slow line bc you have to order and pay at the same window. ***when I called to tell them they were so nice and offered a full refund. But I didn’t take it I was just happy they offered it. But looks can be deceiving. I thought I was about to have a good breakfast. They ran out of Sausage rolls at 9 AM. The coffee was cold. My ham, egg and cheese croissant had no egg in it so it was basically a ham and cheese sandwich warmed up in the microwave with a croissant.
