Excellent quality but limited selection. They never make enough Old Fashioned Chocolate. Plenty of basic glazed.
Great donuts, but HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, and I genuinely enjoy the donuts—they’re always fresh and taste great. Unfortunately, the customer service has really gone downhill. Each time I come in, I make a point to say “good morning,” but the younger woman who is usually working the front doesn’t acknowledge me at all. I just left daylight donuts and wow I have never been treated so rudely at this donut shop! I come here quite often too. I guess things are going downhill. I asked if they had any more of the chocolate cake donuts because they had a bunch that just came out of the oven and she said "can you count?" Then I asked for a frosted glazed donut and pointed she said what flavor and I pointed because I didn't know what to call it and she's like rudely "that's vanilla!" I told her she was being very rude and she just got meaner.
Great donuts! Excellent selection to choose from... On the 72 Highway in Madison, close to work.
Horrible customer service she was very rude and put my donuts in a bag instead of a box. We won’t be back
