The food here was good, but I did not give it a high rating because it’s rarely available. I’ve come in four times in the last two months to ask for a bacon biscuit sandwich that is on their menu and they’ve told me each time that their bacon is frozen. I’ve even paid for a sandwich and they didn’t have the meat and they couldn’t refund me and told me to come back next time… It’s been four times and I haven’t had my Bacon! Daylight Donuts has become one of our favorite places to visit, especially on Friday mornings. It has turned into a wonderful weekly tradition for my daughter, my grandkids, and me. On the mornings when I substitute teach, we start the day with donuts, coffee, and lots of smiles. The kids love picking out their favorites, and it has become part of what makes Fridays so special. We have been going here for quite some time and will go back as we are not giving up. Today though was not good. We went around between 8:30 and nine and I asked for a chocolate donut and they only had raspberry filled bismarcks which was exactly what I wanted! Half the donut was really good and then something tasted off. Color me super surprised when I found a partial piece of cheese and sausage. I have called them to let them know but nobody answered so hopefully no one else got a raspberry cheese and sausage filled chocol... read more
Been going here a while, even though they're more expensive. This morning the guy at the window got irritated as I pulled in behind someone else and was saying he was going to close the drive thru because he had other stuff to do. Gotcha. From now on I'll go to Walmart and you can do whatever you want.
