Donuts are always hard. They mess up my orders constantly. Staff are rude and impatient. Told me my card declined and when I showed them that it did charge me, she refused to give me the food I had paid for until I made a huge deal about it and had to go INSIDE the store because I was originally in the drive thru. Then she didn’t even give me the right food even though I stood right there and told her what I ordered AGAIN. My kids and I stopped in while we were doing laundry next door, and this was our first time trying this place! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The donuts and sausage rolls were great, and we also tried the biscuits and gravy. I really liked that it came with a sausage patty! The only downside was that the bottom of my biscuit was extremely hard, I couldn’t cut through it or eat that part. Everything else was good, though! Drive thru is not trailer friendly, so I parked with my trailer and went in and she said I'm blocking s fire lane but nothing is marked as red, in the time it took for her to tell me I can't park there I could have got a couple sausage rolls and been gone, would not recommend coming here
