I recommend the Daylesford Hotel for great meals and great customer service, don’t look anywhere else, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

I attended the Daylesford Hotel with my husband for his birthday and we spent just under $50 for a meal each. We were really disappointed in the meals for this price range. I had a scotch fillet steak with Salad & chips. The steak was fatty and salad was not salad at all, just lettuce. My husband left hungry with his main the size of an entree.

Visited on a Tuesday for their pot and Parma deal. The Parma was good, nice piece of chicken. Served on top of the chips, which always upsets me slightly but it happens a lot so I won't mark down for it. It was served with a really delicious coleslaw, which seemed to have a lighter dressing than many similar side salads. BE WARNED THOUGH: THIS PARMA DOES NOT COME WITH HAM AS STANDARD. What Liam and his cohort have created at the newly refurbished Daylesford Hotel is beyond five stars. They have every sense covered from the relaxing and welcoming faint incense smell as you walk in, to the warm colour palate of the pub & restaurant, with a million divine touches you can see, the jazz we could hear playing on the balcony, the taste of their incredibly unique and extra-delicious menu to the softest touch of the bathrobes and a bed that is so comfortable you would think you were in a 5 star hotel.
