My family’s experience at Daylesford Crossing has been excellent as the staff continues to care for my sister. Carrie who is the receptionist and works the front desk is competent, responsive and very welcoming to guests and family. She does a great job as do all the staff there. We are very grateful to all.

Both my Aunt and now my Uncle were/are residents of Daylesford Crossing. My Uncle who is a current resident there enjoys all the help and activities that are provided to him. The list would be too long but we would like to give a special shout out to Carrie (Front Desk) and Jamie (Food Services).

My mom moved into Memory Care several months ago. She has been doing well from the greater socialization and activity schedule Daylesford provides. I want to thank many of the direct care staff who give my mom excellent attention, including: Nakeesha, Lilianna, Ebony, Hope, Nyjai, Theresa, Abu, and Diana. The Team at Daylesford is amazing! It starts at the front door with Carrie who always has a smile on her face to greet everyone, help them with where they need to go or visit. I can’t say enough about all the team. Carrie, nursing, management, caregivers, housekeeping and Duffy’s Tavern crew. Amazing!
