Carey Rongner-Cook is the ideal Concierge at Daylesford Crossing. She has a great big heart and smile that puts everyone at ease; as she is very approachable. Carey has had years of developing friendships, security, service, support, and fun for Daylesford Residents. This could be an awkward time tor residents but Carey exudes a “family” ethic that puts residents and family members at ease. Carey looks good and is good. Simply terrific

Since June 2024, my mother has received the best care in ger 32 mo journey w/seizures & dementia.The entire team has become a 2nd family of friends in what has been a most difficult time.Nursing led by Brittany H & her leads Khalia & Carla, Admin led by Danielle P, memory care lead, Claudine S, dining director Jason & his entire team, along with my concierge favorites Carrie (former lead server) & Rafia. Thank you to the entire team for all the care & compassion that you bring!
