We recently placed a pre-arrange order for a funeral, and Dayle was kind, upfront about prices, and even suggested ways to save money but not compromise quality. She spent time chatting with us, telling us the story of her name, and being so kind throughout the process. Thank you Dayle, I’ll be back in 2 weeks to order flowers for friends who are in an upcoming production at HACPAC!

Ew I just called to order flowers and the lady on the phone was so incredibly rude. Apparently she’s so swamped she can’t be bothered with your business.

December 17th :I've lived in this town for over 20 years.... My Aunt whom is 10 years older than me, died tragically in July (hurts like hell). I went in the day of my aunts first bday not on this planet. Said to myself, "It's ashamed, I never went in this store to give it some business". I ask for a "Lilly 's" (you said they were not open) understandable, she was in the middle of completing an order, but when I ask to grab up a few flowers real quick, she told me give her an HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤔... Walked in at 615pm with my boyfriend and the lady told me they were closed. Clearly says it’s open till 7pm. Wasn’t a good experience for the first time trying to shop for Mother’s Day flowers.
