Clearly, a very knowledgeable and experienced RV tech. When you talk to him, you just get that sense of he has confidence in what he’s doing. He’s also very very reasonable in his rates. And he cares about the quality of his work. He worked on the facia wood for our slide when we damaged it.
I had a situation that I needed to solve before I left early the next morning. I sent Derek a text with my issue. He responded immediately and gave me the guidance I needed to get it solved so I was able to maintain my schedule. That kind of service is hard to find.
I had a hard to figure out electrical issue with my AC He figured it out fast and fixed it. Excellent and knowledgeable RV technician.
We have called on Darek a few times for help with our RV. From a small leak on our roof to replacing the hot water heater. He has been amazing to work with. We ran into him when he was working on another RV at Lake Pleasant RV Park. I cannot say enough good things about his work. It is professional, you cannot even tell there was an issue before. Even for simple questions he has always been there. Definitely a person to keeping in your Rolodex... His prices have always been fair and results driven.
Derek is the absolute best! An absolutely amazing problem solver. He is also a great man. He’s helped us many times and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Derek!
