If I have ever had a problem with any of the product the owner went above and beyond to make it right when he surely didn't have to. He is not only a great owner but just a great down to earth person that will have that frown you came in with turned upside down by the time you leave. You guys are great and this will be the only smoke shop that will get my time and money
