We hired Shawna as our day of coordinator for our wedding in Tahoe this past weekend! I am SO HAPPY we ended up having Shawna and Brittany help with our wedding day! We hired Shawna as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding 9/12/2026. I am so glad we did! Not only is she extremely detailed, but she is so wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure everything went off without an issue. We also rented decor from her which really tied in our vision. Shawna was such a friendly, relaxed, and helpful day of coordinator for our Lake Tahoe wedding. She sent useful checklists to help me with my planning several months out, checked in with me and all of our vendors in the weeks before the event, and was so efficient and helpful on the day of the wedding. Renting games and decorations through her rental company made things extra smooth and the quality was great. Thank you for everything, Shawna!
Shawna was an amazing day-of-coordinator for our wedding! She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole day. Some examples of this would be that she made sure we both got a moment to ourselves after the ceremony and she got us our food and drinks so we could continue staying present with each other and our guests.
