I had a order pickup here. This is a rare place where everyone working here has a positive attitude and are extremely nice and helpful. It was very pleasant picking up here. I didn't wait long outside the gate before getting called to get loaded in the dock for van trailers. They have one dock they load from. Scale empty first, then slide tandems, back in. Attempted to change rotation direction on a gear pump. Dowel pins couldn't be removed, so we brought it along with two other pumps to the shop to be changed to counter clock wise. There, one of the three was rebuilt counter clock wise. Installed it Saturday morning, and then we tested it. All good.
