Matt was punctual, professional and very informative. Answered all my questions offering input and suggestions. Will definitely keep him on speed dial. Very hard to find someone of his caliber ,demeanor ,and reasonable pricing when dealing with RV problems. Dont waste your time or money on anyone but Matt.
I spent 2 months in Florida. When we first got to our spot several components didn't work. Coach had been sitting for 6 months. Just by luck I noticed the business sign on Matts truck. I was completely blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, as well as Matt's detailed explanation (communication) of what needed to be done. He diagnosed then repaired our broken (bad motor) on our awning. While installing the awning he figured out WHY the motor went out and fixed that as well. This company was absolutely great. He came out and got us taken care of at our sight. Instead of just throwing parts and charging us for it he took the time to explain it all to us. I will for sure be using them again.
