It has been almost two months and I have yet to receive my $200 holding fee back (return) I’ve called numerous times no answer, sent an email no response, went up there personally there is never anyone there! How can you run an apartment like this?!!! Is my question, Totally unprofessional. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Almost two months and nothing! No call no nothing! Alright place to live but communication with the office is almost impossible. I’ve called during office hours have never had my call answered/returned. There’s a 40% chance that they’re even IN the office during office hours. I have a maintenance request that has not been addressed. My car was broken into & my laundry was stolen right out of the laundry room. Idk.

A year ago I gave this place 5 stars but since then there has been a gradual decline and I regret renewing my lease so that I'm stuck here for another year. Edit: after posting this, I received an auto reply-from the manager that doesn't even work here anymore - THANKING me for my positive review!! What a joke! They don't even care what their residents say! SLUMLORDS! The brand new washers and dryers are nice...IF THEY ARE WORKING!! How are so many out of order so often?? And the laundry room is DISGUSTING!
