The maintenance crew is awesome! Scott really goes above and beyond for tenants, and he does great work. Whenever we’ve had an issue, he is there to fix it almost immediately. We recently had to have our sink + cabinets replaced, and the bathroom looks great now thanks to him.
Scottie and John are great maintenance guys at Senara. They are quick to response on any urgent and regular work orders. They are amazing and I recommend Senara and the crew for a great place to live and care for the small community like this.
Lived here for a year now and will not be renewing again. Office upcharged my rent randomly and do not know how to answer their phones. I’ve emailed them twice, left three voicemails and spoke w someone the first time and was told I would get a call back. It has been 2 days of absolutely no response, extremely unprofessional. They also don’t abide by their office hours. Horrible customer service, do not recommend at all! :) They still don’t answer or email back. Physically cannot reach the office over the phone since they've implemented a new AI assistant that doesn't even seem to have accurate office hours and won't let me leave a message. Calling the direct line that gets me to a voicemail won't let me LEAVE a message at all because it just gets stuck in a loop of repeating "Invalid Entry" while trying to save it.
