Excellent home care service!! One of the best companies in this industry around. They come highly recommended! Well equipped care givers with top tier services as well as a very knowledgeable and professional office staff.
The caregivers and office staff from Daybreak have been absolute lifesavers for my family and my sister-in-law after her major illness. They are kind, hard working, and have a wealth of experience. We would not have made it through this journey without them!
The night time help didn't say awake and slept on my bed while I was having to sleep in a recliner. There was always hair and dirt on my bed. They would fall asleep or kept head phones where they could not hear my calls for help. They kept sending different people when we asked that they not do that due to COVID. Out of all the people they sent, there was only one that was good at her job. I've since had to use help in my home again, and I'm not using Daybreak this time and am more satisfied with another provider, AmeriCare.
I'm grateful for the excellent continuing education this company offers to social workers, and I'm delighted to hear that they have many care providers in this remote area of Lexington County.
CEUs offered are an excellent opportunity to network and gather needed information.
