I came to get and an Ultrasound and X ray on the 2nd of May 2025. The report said I had a shoulder subacromial bursitis and a cortisone was recommended. I had the cortisone shot and commenced doing some rehab for the shoulder. After a few weeks the shoulder had less pain but I didn't have full power in certain movements. I saw my Physio and he recommended I get an MRI, which I got on the 17th June. Lady that did my X-ray was great. But the guy that did my ultrasound was terrible. They asked me if I could come in earlier than my appointment time, so I did. Turns out he just wanted to leave early for the day. He barely ultrasound my shoulder at all. Was in there for less time than I was for the xray. Was like he just couldn’t be bothered. Will see what results get sent to my GP. Don’t recommend at all. He made me strip off to my bra and no gown to put on, where is the privacy there!!
Worse xray place I’ve ever been to! Receptionists are rude. So unorganized and told me only about a 20 minute wait for an x ray as I didn’t need an appointment. There were two people waiting in front of me. I waited an hr and then the xray person disappereard to another building. They had to go and look for him. I was supposed to be next and when he came back after another 20 minutes he called in the wrong person and she went in instead of me.
