The X-ray and Ultrasound Centre provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionists were welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were attentive to every detail and ensured that all my questions were answered with kindness and professionalism. The lady at reception was unwelcoming and did not demonstrate good customer service. The female ultrasonographer I saw was also blunt and came across rude. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable.
My experience at any visit has been pleasnt with kind, helpful and knowlegabke staff. My husband Trevor Bird and myself would like to extend our thanks to Jaiden for the calming and wonderful treatment we have both recieved.
