The lady at reception was unwelcoming and did not demonstrate good customer service. The female ultrasonographer I saw was also blunt and came across rude. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable.
My experience at any visit has been pleasnt with kind, helpful and knowlegabke staff. My husband Trevor Bird and myself would like to extend our thanks to Jaiden for the calming and wonderful treatment we have both recieved.

I came to get and an Ultrasound and X ray on the 2nd of May 2025. The report said I had a shoulder subacromial bursitis and a cortisone was recommended. I had the cortisone shot and commenced doing some rehab for the shoulder. After a few weeks the shoulder had less pain but I didn't have full power in certain movements. I saw my Physio and he recommended I get an MRI, which I got on the 17th June.
