This is just a virtual office. It has no real employees. Do they even have a single employee in Texas? I doubt it. Why lie?

I basically had to translate my document myself. Even my name which didn't need translating was incorrectly spelled and the work looked like a child put it together. I would have done a better job with google translate. I would not recommend them or use them again Updated 4/16/2019 After the original review, the company reached out to me and apologized for the lackluster service that I received and set out to give me better service than the one I had originally experienced.
