Had a procedure at Day Surgery Center at DRMC yesterday. Was very nervous. Warm welcome at front desk and beyond. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Answered all questions, and made sure I knew what to expect. Christy, Ginger, Steve, Dr. Joseph, Dr. Thomas all friendly and professional, as was everyone else I encountered. I never felt they were rushed. If I ever need another procedure, they will be my first choice. Thank you everyone!! Peggy
