The staff are rude and disrespectful. The guy doing nails tend to yell and talk down to customers. A lady was falling asleep while doing a pedicure on a customer.

At 10 am, I visited the shop. The owner was steam cleaning the tile floors and I had to navigate the cord and wet floor to reach the station. The other employee in the salon had a client. Owner filled the soak and I waited for the nail tech. She was inexperienced and carried on a conversation with the owner in a foreign language the whole time even answering her phone and stopping to take him her phone. Went in today to get my nails done for the first time in three months. I was trying to give my real nails a little break. Got there and there was only one customer. I was greeted by a guy named Brian that said he would take care of me so I sat down in his chair and he started. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and asked him if he could do it and he said yes but not exactly like the picture which I completely understand. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE they messed my Nails up Saturday I went back today to get them fixed the same guy took almost all the acrylic off cut my cuticles and repainted them the same way he had Saturday he also had one of the nastiest attitudes and after me telling him I did not want my Nails shorter he kept filing them down not even listening to me. My Nails look nothing like the picture I showed him and they look exactly like a 5 y/o did them
