Had the best hydrafacial by Meredith Hall at the Spat at West End! She is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in picking out the right products for my skin. I've been struggling with acne for almost 2 years and her selections along with the treatment has cleared my face up tremendously! Wish I was closer so I could get regular facials from her!
I would like to start this review by saying i am non traditional looking (aka heavily tattooed) One thing i immediately look for in a place is how im instantly treated (sad to say it is not always pleasant) however from the second i walked in i was treated wonderfully. Hunter did my platinum facial and i swear that man has the hands of an angel. I cannot wait to go back!
This was a much needed spa day. The staff was wonderful. Lynne, my massage therapist, and Meredith, my esthetician were wonderful. I feel like a new person. It was great to remember that my first time here was 20 years ago as they are celebrating 20 years in business. Here’s to 20 more.

HEAVEN ON EARTH. From the phone call to book the services to the couples massages and the facials - everyone was amazing and it was the best experience we could have asked for. The perfect way to spend the last day of our honeymoon!!
Was never told about a cancellation policy, never told me they will keeping my card on file. They charged me $115 for an appointment I didn't get to make due to a delay in flight and will not refund me my money back or give me another appointment. I will not be back! that's bad business !!!
