My husband and I are frequents of the West End Spa. We did not hesitate to book an appointment for a day spa based on past experiences. We are sad to say that we have scratched the West End off our list. The customer service has plummeted, we were ignored for several minutes upon arrival. In the presence of two employees at the front desk! Should have left then! However , we were forgiving and stayed optimistic. I was reading reviews about this day spa. I see that you all have some good reviews and a lot of bad reviews. One review that particularly concerns me is from September of 2010 when a lady and her Black friend were there for spa treatments and the Black woman was asked if she brought her own makeup. I emailed this spa some years back asking if they were familiar with Black skin and never got a response. I know I probably will not patronize this business. I will keep searching for a spa even if I have to go out of state.... read more
