love the customer service I received....
Today I went in to planet beach to see about all the services they offer/prices. The lady was very nice and gave me a tour of their facility. I had visited several tanning salons earlier that day and none of them compared to planet beach. I was able to get unlimited tanning, massages, facial for an AMAZING price. I'm looking forward to going back! Thank you planet beach.
I want to thank the wonderful girls at Planet Beach Who saw to it I got safely home after becoming sick there last week. They don't care just about your bussiness but they really care for you as a person. If you haven't visted yet, come on in and give them a try. You will love them.
Beware - Planet Beach is definitely not into customer service. I won't go back.
Unfriendly and rude to their customers. Falsely accused me of intentionally leaving tissue on the floor and told me not to use their facility anymore. A long term customer who paid his money on time for the past 4 years and invested $2,400 and this is how they treat me while they complain business is not picking up. Why? Treat your customers unprofessionally and they will find another place to invest their money. I would advice them to learn customer service before starting a service business.
