Made an order last week,was supposed to be here on Friday. Today is Wednesday and still no order delivered. For what I am paying for shipping this is a pretty sad set up. Not very happy,and will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.
Didn’t make the first delivery time has to re schedule .. then claimed we didn’t paid to have it unloaded from the truck
I had a parcel delivered today, there was no knock on the door, no nothing. The parcel was just left in a snow bank in a cardboard box. Come on use your head it's a cardboard box in a snow bank, how can you think this is ok. No respect for customers packages whatsoever. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.
