Highway 17 in the area of Nairn center a Day & Ross driver was swerving in and out of traffic grazing the bumpers of vehicles. Called the company to talk to safety manager about the driver only to be put on hold and nobody to ever answer the phone. Day & Ross are one of the worst drivers on the road and need to be dealt with. The company is only as good as there drivers and they suck. Waiting for a vanity from Home Depot. Tracking shows item is in Mississauga for a week now. Company has no idea when it will ship to Sudbury. This company is a joke. Avoid them at all costs!

Company is horrible. We have been waiting for a damaged gazebo from Costco to be picked up for the last 3 months. They keep telling Costco that they have been trying to call us but we never answer. Costco tells us to call day and Ross, we call and they keep saying that the tracking number has expired and we need to call Costco to get another tracking number.

Literally have never gotten anything on time from them and unfortunately home Depot ships with this garbage company so it's a nightmare Everytime. They never know where your package is or when it will be delivered. It's literally a joke of a logistics company
