Jason and the entire crew at Day Road are wonderful. They redid the wiring at our 1932 beach house, stood behind every phase, helped us select top notch terrific heaters, and have been responsive and kind with a few issues unrelated to the remodel since then.
I needed electric run from my home to power a cottage and didn't know any local electric companies. I used these guys before, and while they took two weeks to respond, they did a good job. This last time they utterly flaked out. Having used them once, I called them again to see if they could check the circuitry on my hot tub and they said yes. Then silence, and more silence. I called and called. No answer. Then i stopped by in the early morning and left a message with their retail guy to call. Got a return call saying, "Yes" he'd come. Then silence again for weeks, as I called and left messages. We used Day Rd Electric (Jason) when we needed the electric supply line extended for our new heat pump water heater and Jason was extremely professional and made some safety checks and additional work while he was at our house. Fast forward to October 2023 and I needed some help with a simple request and Jason worked with me over the phone to fix the issue without a visit and without a charge! Thanks very much Day Rd Electric and Jason. We'll definitely call Day Rd Electric the next time we need an electrician!
