Terrible place for children or at least elly is. Doesn't communicate with parents what's so ever always seems to have a chip on her shoulder. My 9 year old threatened to harm himself so I reached out to her as a hey so you know. Totally dismissed this and basically said it's up to his case manager and school to figure out... WHAT? What is her problem. Tried reaching out to reschedule as I was in the hospital having test done mom couldn't get through. I'm supposed to be getting help with moving but my caseworker is not doing her job she told me to call moving companies and I did that she's not returning no phone calls no text messages or emails from me that's why I give it a one
I am great full for a call to get a case worker for case management. I definitely need some help with mental health services. I feel well with Day One services. Thank you for reaching out to me.
