There’s no respect and peace for the residents of Palmer Avenue. Please hire professional security guards with the cost already included to rent the hall. May 17, 2026 was a nightmare. From 12:00 AM until 3:30 AM your guest had unsupervised young teens to older teens screaming loud while running up and down Palmer Avenue. I recommend this place for all of your events! It’s everything you’re looking for, every clean, refrigerator for use, and ice machine. The owner is very flexible and communicates with you. 10/10 very spacious for your guests to dance and have a great time!
