Every time I have used them, the service was excellent. Big ups to Tony.
The tech that serviced my home was Randy whom contacted his manager Alice. Randy (fully apologetic) confused my paperwork with another client and "accidentally" left out additional charges totalling $279 (amount was not listed on the original receipt). Once Randy contacted Alice and attempted to explain the error her response ( while on speakerphone) was "well ma'am he apologized, now how would you like to submit the payment".
