Dentist was great, but billing department allowed me to have service done and had to pay out of pocket when my insurance starts over in 2 weeks, Hygienist barely touched my teeth so basically I paid 75.00 for a dollar store toothbrush
We were on the hunt for a new family dentist for our kids. We found Dr. Day through our insurance website. When I called the office, his office staff was very rude about seeing kids. They didn't want to see any children that would be 'difficult' or didn't do well at a dentist. Which our kids have never had an issue. After giving us a hard time, she finally took our insurance information and had to validate if we were covered there. She called back and told us- we weren't.
