Absolutely the worst customer service for a cpap. I paid in full they tell me to come get it's ready and before I get there they tell me someone else is in the store and bought the one I bought and now I have to wait on a shipment after I've been waiting 3 weeks now with the inconsistent staff paperwork. Short story just use someone else I should have walked away from the trouble from the start.
Everything about this company has been so easy and they’re super friendly. From calls, appts, and walk-ins. Shelee has been awesome in helping me find the perfect cpap mask and fit. She is very understanding, knowledgeable, and patient.
Skyler was so very helpful when I called with questions this afternoon! She was very kind, efficient, and answered all my questions.
When i needed help, Skyeler came through and went beyond what was expected of her to get me what i needed. 10/10 employee
