Make sure you get a detailed written quote. When he list the hours of labor, be specific that it does not include their lunch hour. Have him also provide detail of start and finish times, and a receipt for the mulch. He claims he does not up charge for application products. Cross your "T's" and dot your "I's" when dealing with this weasel.

This company expects you to pay for their lunch time, but fails to communicate this to the customer when quoting the job. They also change more time when the work was completed earlier. They also like to intimidate women when arguing the final billing. All said, they charged approximately 1.5 hours more than what they should have, which totalled $180.00. So heed my warning, seek another reputable companies a leave this one alone.

To continue the saga. Day Landscaping was directed not to cover over the termite bait stations in the landscape. Guess what, my wife had to go around the area and relocate 3 of the stations by probing by digging around the area. Sure hope this group was able to find their way back to Lexington from Versailles.
