The doctors and nurses are wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I have been a patient of this medical group since 2009, and have given birth to two healthy boys. Sadly though, their secretarial staff has drastically changed. They are unfriendly and lack proper representation skills for the public. Canceled my June appointment, I got text message saying it was canceled and that they would be calling be soon to reschedule, ummm no phone call back. They also think when you say pill, it's you saying you're looking for controlled substance. Wrong I actually have hematologist/Oncologist doing a much needed mammo since they say I don't need one, when the medial condition I have actually fits is medical necessary. This place cancels appointments without speaking to the patient and working things out. If a balance is due, communicate that when the appointment is made, don't just cancel the appointment! I'm appalled at the inconsideration and willingness to let their patients suffer instead of working through issues before the day before the appointment.
I’m new to the practice, but in a short time, multiple visits I have had the most caring staff members to handle all my needs. I would highly recommended Robin Martin, she is compassionate, informative and her follow up is top notch!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here with all the nurses, MAs and providers. Joelle is super sweet and listens to all my concerns. This is my first pregnancy so there was a lot of unknowns, however I am always reassured with clear communication and education. I plan to deliver in less than 3 weeks!
