Had a interview on Aug 15th in the Putnam office. The call back was bizarre to say the least. As a 35 year experienced CNA and a woman at 64 near retiring I explained my preference for a prospective client and well knowing how successful bonds between client and caregiver are established. I had said I was open ( not exclusive ) to either a man or woman Catholic who I could transport to Mass on Sundays.. It was a very hard decision for us to make to get in home care for our mother, as her happiness, safety and well being was our main concern. After a long deliberation of screening, Assisted Living Home Care Services gave us the peace of mind, understanding and compassion we were looking for. They sent us Julie, who they believed would be a perfect fit, and it turned out that Julie is absolutely wonderful with our mother.
