Quest Diagnostics made me hate them because they turned my mother away soooooo many times when I was literally on the phone with the doctors who were telling me they I saw the labs that they sent over right in front of them on the computer. At one point, I yelled, “I am not leaving this building until you take my mother‘s blood!” Even that didn’t help. Now, since going to Day kimball, I would never go anywhere else.
