Day Elevator & Lift Inc is Affordable Elevator Company in New York I needed a dumbwaiter for my restaurant and for me, only the best would do. I arrived at DAY Elevator & Lift. The sales staff welcomed me with a smile, and showed real interest in helping me find the right dumbwaiter to match my taste, and the size and look of my restaurant. What made me most happy was when the dumbwaiter was installed and when I realized that I had made a very worthwhile buy all because of DAY. Kudos to them!
Quite happy with their after-sales support I like DAY Elevator and Lift for its high quality residential and commercial lift systems. The vertical and inclined platform lifts are custom-designed for indoor and outdoor use. Moreover, their branded and ADA compliant products ensure safety, years of flawless service and minimal maintenance. I recently bought about five top quality dumbwaiters and I am quite happy with their after-sales support. For a businessman like me, this is an economical solution worth the investment.
Installation and follow-up maintenance services have been excellent! Service doesn't show up when your elevator breaks down! I am in a wheelchair and had a Day elevator installed less than 6 months ago and paid for their service plan. I was in the elevator three times in two weeks and the elevator stopped suddenly between floors. I called customer service and they said they'd send a repairman in 5 days while I was literally alone in the elevator. They will never send someone the same day, and their 'emergency service' is a call center that tells you someone will call back within one hour and ... read more
So disappointed that we ever selected this company. They are the absolute worst company our firm has ever dealt with; from scheduling, to installation, to servicing, to scheduled maintenance..... All morons! Reading this will save you thousands in the long run. pay a little more and use another company!
We recently built a new house of our own and I had a plan earlier itself to install a stair lift to improve accessibility for my son who is physically challenged.
